We will remove the old cork and replace it with Birkenstock thermoldable cork. We have done many of these repairs over the years. All were done without exception. Bearing that in mind, we still cannot guarantee how long the repair(s) will last. Return shipping, in the USA, is included in the repair price.

Bend Cork Heel
I feel like I received a new pair of shoes. The repair to the heel is outstanding. My shoe look new! You can't tell there was ever a problem. Although, I am in California, I have already begun ranting and raving about the outstanding repair that was done, referring birkenstock owners. I just dreaded the idea of throwing away a perfectly good pair of shoes over this heel deterioration. Repairmybirkenstocks.com gave me hope and peace of mind.
