Returns & Exchanges & Warranty

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Returns and/or exchanges on new/unworn/unused merchandise is available within 14 days. The item must be in the original packaging.  Return shipping is at the purchaser's expense and the return credit does not include outgoing shipping.  On  items with FREE shipping, a return fee of $14.95 will be deducted from the original price to cover the outbound shipping cost.  Additional shipping charges will apply on exchanges.

WARRANTY:

Original Manufacturer's warranty, if any, is available on all new items. There is no warranty on repaired items. Repair My Birkenstocks is not responsible for fit changes when switching between narrow and/or regualr widths. Nor is it responsible for fit changes when switching between different banded footbeds and Birkenstock Branded footbeds. High arch footbeds will fit differently than Classic or Soft Footbeds.  We cannot guarantee that your straps will buckle in the same place.  Old footbeds compress and have changed over time. 

Newer ones have a slightly different design, side walls, and are not compressed.

Package Delivery:

Repair My Birkenstocks is not liable for packages that show delivered by any carrier.  Liability for any packages lost prior to delivery will have a claim filed for said package.  The amount of liabilty is limited to  the amount recovereable from the carrier.  In some cases, a specific amount of time must pass before a claim is filed.

 

Shipping:

Unless an item indicates that FREE return shipping is available or included, return shipping for your items will be added to your cart at check out.  www.RepairMyBirkenstocks.com does not pay for any inbound shipping.  Inbound shipping is solely at the customer's expense.  If you have a question please call 866-337-4637.
