Prompt, quality repair
I sent in 2 prs of Birkenstocks for a footbed recraft. Within less than 2 weeks, my shoes were on their way back to me. The quality of the repair was top-notch! I added the extra durable heel, which I'm hoping will extend the life of the sole. One thing I missed when placing my order was the option to have the leather cleaned/polished for an extra $15. This was my first time using this company, and I will use them again.
