A Classic Footbed recraft includes a genuine Birkenstock Classic footbed, genuine Birkenstock sole and cork sealer. Available in sizes 34 to 50, both regular and narrow.

A Legendary Design

At the heart of every Birkenstock design is the legendary footbed. The details are all in the design; each element of the footbed serves a purpose to encourage proper foot wellbeing and health. The result is signature style coupled with all day comfort.

Deep Heel Cup

The deep heel cup cradles the heel and keeps your natural cushioning right under the heel bone.

Longitudinal Arch Support

The higher longitudinal arch support runs along the sides of the footbed, providing stability with each step.

Transverse Arch Support

The transverse arch support runs through the middle of the footbed, helping ensure proper alignment and a solid stance.

Raised Toe Bar

The raised toe bar encourages the natural gripping motion of your feet, exercises the legs, and stimulates circulation.

Great Customer Service!

I sent in two pairs of birkenstocks for footbed/sole repair but they ended up being too worn to repair. Michaelangelo sent me a link where I paid an extra fee of $24.95 and sent me two brand new pairs! I got two new pairs of birkenstocks for less than market value. Super helpful guy with great customer service!

I sent my sandals in to get recrafted. Upon receiving them, Michaelangelo called and said they were beyond repair. Instead of fixing an unfixable pair of shoes, he offered me a brand new pair to replace them. Not only was that totally unexpected, it was above and beyond what had been done when I had gotten the same shoes repaired previously (at a completely different shop. I appreciated his honesty and the knowledge! I will definitely use Michaelangelo for any Birkenstock repairs I have in the future.

Ciao Michelangelo. The Londoners and Arizonas turned out great! Thanks so much for the quick service around the holidays. I also appreciate keeping a little of the rustic look of the 30 year old Londons. Years ago a fixed them myself, but these turned out fantastico.

I have sent many birkenstocks to michelangelo to be changed to the correct size and width footbed so I can actually wear them. He is very friendly, communicative and does great work. I'm sure he'll be seeing more business from me in the future.

Recraft of my old Birks!

I thought I was going to have to throw my Birks away as my foot size had changed and the soles were pretty worn. A Facebook group recommended Repair My Birkenstocks and so I took a chance and sent them in. They now look beautiful! New insoles, cork and bottoms.. Fast turn around too. I am very pleased! Highly recommend!
