FREE SHIPPING on this item in the USA. This item is made to order and may not be returned. The shearling on these footbeds is medical grade shearling and the shealring is more than 3 times thicker than the original shealring in your Zermatt slippers.
Make sure you order the correct width. Many people think their Zermatt/Andermatt Slipers are regular width when, in fact, they are NARROW. Please check the underside of your footbeds. If it has a 7375 on it, it is a NARROW width. If it has a 10012 on it, it is a REGULAR width.
Birkenstock Shearling Lined Classic Footbeds can used for sandal or clog recrafts or as replacement footbeds for the popular Zermatt Slippers. These footbeds are created by taking a Classic Unlined (Naked) footbed and lining it with genuine shearling. There are a variety of colors available. Black and beige are the traditional colors. Beige shearling dye lots vary from cream to a yellowish hue. I cannot control the dyeing process at the tannery. If you would like another color, please call for availability. The shearling will wear and eventually have bald spots just like the original footbeds had from Birkenstock. There is no way to avoid that.
