As hard as we try, this is a very didfficult process. Removing the straps form the sides with teh shearling on them, very occasionally, will result in slight damage to the straps, If this happens, we will repair it, but are not responsible for any additional costs othere than us fixing the damage.
These top covers are genuine shearling and come in all Euro sizes 28 - 50. The repair price includes installation on open faced sandals like the Arizona, Florida, Granada, MIlano. Any thong style sandal or sandal with straps that do not unbuckle must have the soles replaced also, at an additional cost. The shearling will wear and eventually have blad spots just like the original footbeds had from Birkenstock. There is no way to avoid that. While very uncommon, Repair My Birkenstocks is not responsible for any damage to the straps or footbeds in trying to separate same.
