A Shearling recraft includes a genuine Birkenstock footbed, genuine Birkenstock sole and cork sealer. Beige shearling dye lots vary from cream to a yellowish hue. I cannot control the dyeing process at the tannery.
Shearling Lined Classic Footbeds can used for sandal or clog recrafts or as replacement footbeds for the popular Zermatt Slippers. These footbeds are created by taking a Classic Unlined (Naked) footbed and lining it with genuine shearling. There are a variety of colors available. Black and beige are the traditional colors. If you would like another color, please call for availability. The shearling will wear and eventually have blad spots just like the original footbeds had from Birkenstock. There is no way to avoid that.

The longitudinal arch support runs along the sides of the footbed, providing stability with each step.
Transverse Arch Support
The transverse arch support runs through the middle of the footbed, helping ensure proper alignment and a solid stance.
Raised Toe Bar
The raised toe bar encourages the natural gripping motion of your feet, exercises the legs, and stimulates circulation.
